We wish to remind the public that signage enforcement activities remain ongoing.

We are aware that some entities have expressed intentions to replace removed signage with new advertising material instead of pursuing regularization and compliance.

We want to make it clear that these enforcement measures are nota nine-day wonder, but part of a continuous process to restore order and ensure adherence to the regulations governing signage across Kingston and St. Andrew.

Entities are therefore encouraged to regularize their signage and engage with KSAMC rather than risk repeated enforcement action.
